Complaints

In case of observed irregularities after receiving the shipment, you can make a complaint (objection) of the ordered products by sending us an email to the internet station www.matolures.com. In order to resolve your complaint (complaint), you need to send the invoice as a confirmation of the purchase of the product, along with photos of the product you are advertising.

In case of cancellation of the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receiving the goods, you need to fill out the Cancellation Form and send it with the Refund Request and a copy of the invoice to the email address: office@matolures.com. The cost of returning the ordered products is borne by Mato Lureš, please specify the address for picking up the product you want to return on the Return Request. Only undamaged and unused products can be returned. Mato Lureš is obliged to return to the Customer the entire amount paid, as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Request for refund.
